Plough Foundation has awarded $1.7 million in grants to an organization dedicated to increasing the number of local, adult college graduates.
Plough's donation will be funded over a three-year period for the Memphis Talent Dividend College Attainment Initiative with a goal of increasing the Memphis metro area's college graduate to attain increase in personal income, a great economic boost for the city.
